EXCITING OPPORTUNITY WITH EXPEDITION EQUIPMENT – CUSTOMER SERVICE
We’re expanding again and need a new face to join our enthusiastic customer service team who are all an adventure spirited, motivated and organised group of people.
Being one of the first points of contacts on the telephone, our CS team know that our customers need prompt service. Working closely with the sales and warehouse teams, going the extra mile for customers is just part of the job. Also the CS team assist retailers with product and stock inquiries, entering and processing orders and much more. We have a great stable of exciting brands which cover a host of adventure sports from rock climbing, mountaineering to trail running, plus some good old kit for hiking & camping!
This position is full time, Monday to Friday, hours nominally 9 to 5:30 and based in our Sydney head office in Roseville, and come with many perks of the industry.
